Shipping
All products are made to order and printed on demand. Please allow 1–2 business days for production before your order ships.
Estimated delivery times after production:
- Europe: 3–5 business days
- United States & Canada: 3–5 business days
- Rest of the world: 5-8 business days
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Please note: customs fees or import taxes may apply for orders shipped outside the EU. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is printed on demand especially for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges for wrong size or change of mind. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
However, we will gladly replace or refund your order free of charge if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective
- The print is incorrect or of poor quality
- You received the wrong item
To make a claim, contact us at [your email] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Lost or undelivered packages
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your package is marked as lost, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement if confirmed lost. If the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
Right of withdrawal (EU customers)
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized. As our products are printed on demand, they fall under this exemption.
