The delivery time is usually around 9 business days for destinations in Europe and America. For other regions of the world, it may take slightly longer. If your order significantly exceeds this delivery timeframe, we encourage you to contact us.
It is possible that some of our products are shipped separately, depending on available stocks and their place of production, like on certain marketplaces. If your parcel is not significantly delayed, you should receive the missing items shortly.
All our products come with a sizing chart to help you choose the right size. It is the buyer's responsibility to select the right size. However, we understand that this can be frustrating. Please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will do our best to find a solution.
You can modify or cancel your order by contacting us shortly after placing it. However, we do not guarantee that you will be able to cancel or modify your order in all cases.
